Koman Properties continues work on the $78 million Collinsville Crossing Shopping Center. The center is located on the southwest corner of Interstate 55/70 and State Highway 157 where daily traffic counts average 70,300 vehicles per day.
Collinsville Crossing offers retailers 2,400 square-feet of frontage along Interstate 55/70 and 2,000 square-feet along State Highway 157. Anchor tenants include Home Depot and a Wal-Mart Supercenter, both of which are open for business. Current leasing has brought the following tenants to the shopping center: AQ Nails, Cingular Wireless, Fashion Bug, Game Stop, National City Bank, Next Generation Wireless, Payless, Penn Station, Qdoba, Radio Shack, Starbucks, Supercuts, Verizon Wireless, and Walgreens. Outlots are available at the main entrance of the shopping center.
The development also includes a free-standing St. Louis Bread Company. |
