This new retail development project consists of a 10,000-square-foot strip center and a 14,820-square-foot Walgreens with a double lane pharmacy drive-thru. It is designed to complement the existing tenants in this highly successful 65,000 square-foot commercial area located at the intersection of Grand Avenue, Page Avenue, and Martin Luther King Boulevard in North St. Louis City. Instant Tax and Check 'n Go are already housed in the new development, and Walgreens was completed in late summer 2007.
Current tenants of MLK Plaza Phases I, II and III include Save-A-Lot, Foot Locker, Foot Locker Kids, Rainbow Fashions, Subway, H&R Block, Game Stop and Payless Shoe Source.
