Koman Properties is developing a new urbanism, mixed-use project in Wildwood, MO.  The proposed $70 million Wildwood Town Center is part of the growing trend in development strategy incorporating a mix of uses such as retail, office, restaurant, entertainment uses and other residential and commercial users into one cohesive development. 

The project consists of multiple components, with a common architectural and landscaping theme integrating the whole project.  The combination of retail, restaurant and office space, coupled with apartments and town homes, creates a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood appeal, bringing the charm of the past together with the conveniences of today.

The City of Wildwood is embracing the movementm, and took action to be part of the development by moving its City Hall and government functions into the heart of the development. City Hall opened its doors on February 1st, 2009.
