One of the newest projects in the works by Koman Properties is Wood River Commons. This retail development is located at the intersection of Illinois State Route 143 and Edwardsville and Vaughn Roads. Wood River Commons is in the heart of the city’s commercial district and near the new Interstate 255 extension.
