Crossroads Center is a 250,000-square-foot retail center in Fairview Heights, Ill..  A $6 million renovation with new construction was successfully completed in 1988 in conjunction with the acquisition of this center.  This center is one of the premier retail developments in the region with several tenants realizing their top sales figures for the country.
