Lincoln Place shopping center is a 300,000-square-foot center anchored by Lowe's Home Improvement Center and Kohl's. Phase One of the center was completed in fall 1998. Phase Two of the project was completed in the fall of 2001 and included a 170,000-square-foot expansion.
