Koman Properties announces its development known as South Fulton Crossing in Atlanta, Ga.  This $95 million development will consist of over 500,000 square feet of retail space and approximately 300 apartment homes.  It will be anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter and include several other national and regional retailers and service providers. Located at the northwest corner of Campbellton Fairburn (Route 92) and South Fulton Parkway, the South Fulton Crossing will be the home of the largest retail development on South Fulton Parkway to date.  The project is slated for completion by the fall of 2008.
